Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Solutions Toolbox site, the 2-minute demo, the AI agent at 450 367-9330 and the free 7-day trial request. Solutions Toolbox is the name under which 9572-8093 Québec inc. (Zen Solutions) offers its services (“we”). By using the site, you accept these terms.

The site

The site presents our services. Its images are illustrations, and the calculator gives an estimate from your numbers, not a promise of results.

The 2-minute demo

It is free. By requesting it, you confirm that you may give us the business’s name and its website address, whose public pages we read to prepare the agent. In the demo, the agent plays out appointments and texts: nothing is booked or sent to anyone. What it learned is deleted after 7 days, unless you start the trial.

The free 7-day trial

The trial runs on your own business, set up with us. It is free and without commitment: no credit card is required and nothing is billed during the trial. At the end, you continue with a service contract, or you stop.

The service

Our paid services are offered under the service contract and its schedule (the plan, the prices, the usage cap), given to you in writing before signing. If they differ, the contract takes precedence over these terms.

The AI agent

The agent answers with the information we gave it. It can make mistakes: its answers are not professional advice. In an emergency (fire, smell of gas, injury), dial 911.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the agent for illegal or misleading purposes, do not send automated calls or messages to the agent, and do not try to get around our security measures.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this site belong to Zen Solutions. You may view them and share them by link, but not reproduce them for another use without our agreement.

Trademarks

The names and logos of the tools shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Business Profile and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft, Outlook and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. Square is a trademark of Block, Inc. Dropbox is a trademark of Dropbox, Inc. Zapier is a trademark of Zapier, Inc. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. These names are used only to identify the tools; mentioning them implies no partnership with or endorsement by their owners.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, without promising that it always will be. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses related to the use of the site or the demo.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there, before the courts of the judicial district of Laval.
